Welcome to Vendor Self Service

Onslow County’s Vendor Self- Service (VSS) program allows you, as a vendor, to manage your own account information, browse purchase orders, invoices and 1099 data. It also allows vendors who will be submitting bids on goods and services to select commodities for the types of items that your company offers. All vendors conducting business with the County should register as a vendor through VSS in order to receive payments.

EXISTING VENDORS: Existing vendors will need their Onslow County Vendor ID (provided in the letter you received) and their Federal ID # to register. Existing vendors may begin registration by selecting the “Registration” link to the right. Registration will be completed by selecting the “My Profile” link. Existing vendors must update their company information and attach required documents. A W-9 is required in order to use VSS. IF you are a vendor that will be submitting bids on products and services, select the “Commodities” link and choose from the list of commodities/services.

If your Federal ID # does not match when entered or you have questions regarding VSS, please email: finance_office@onslowcountync.gov

NEW VENDORS: A W-9 is required for registration. New vendors may begin the registration process by selecting the “Registration” link to the right. Continue all steps until registration is complete. When completing the registration process please use proper casing (for example: John Smith)
